Modernist errors have led to a current and
widespread crisis in the Catholic Church.
At this stage, one can recognize the current crisis as chiefly one characterized by heresy, much as in previous centuries of crisis.
Seeing it so widespread, the faithful rightly ask: What must I do?
Catholics are bound to confess their Faith, and resist those who attack or undermine it. In crisis periods they must act, according to their gifts and station, their primary concern being to learn and profess the true Faith, live by its moral precepts, and offer right worship.
